Even Zuckerberg can’t avoid the Facebook trolls…

It seems that even the founder of Facebook himself can’t escape the windfall of troll profiles that are abundant on the largest social networking website in the world.

Whatever the reason behind it is, the public posts made from the official Zuckerberg Facebook account are being inundated with bizarre, irrelevant comments, images and memes, many of which seem to originate from Brazil. Not only that but each comment is receiving hundreds of equally odd and spammy replies.

The onslaught of “troll comments” first appeared last week, affecting both current and older posts made by the Facebook CEO dating back a number of years.

As a result of the comments many of Zuckerberg’s posts have ballooned in reach, with many amassing hundreds of thousands of comments, most of which are completely nonsensical. In fact many of the comments feature images of the classic “troll” face.

There has been no official response from Facebook, nor from the people behind it. However unofficial sources suggest it is all one big joke and it will carry on until they reach a record breaking number of comments.

Whilst annoying to say the least, none of the comments seem to be malicious in nature. Fortunately for Zuckerberg this means he won’t be lured into getting a free BMW or Apple phone by completing a survey….
