The email goes on to provide photos of supposed winners of this lottery. Of course, in reality this lottery does not exist. You
cannot win a lottery you do not enter and the photos attached to the email are from completely unrelated lotteries. The photos have simply been taken from the Internet and put
into this fake context. The scam is a type of advanced fee fraud whereas scammers will request various fees when victims respond to this unsolicited email. Fees range
from security fees to courier fees to insurance fees. The victim hands over the money on the hope of getting their much larger lump sum of money, but the money they hand over
is duly stolen by the scammers who then stop contact with the victim. Emails like this should be simply deleted.
