It is all the usual get-rich-quick garble that we are used to. A background WHOIS domain check on the domain rich16yearold.com reveals it is registered to an address also used by a company called TT services (a PO box address, unsurprisngly) which offers various less than reputable websites including pornography websites. This begs the question why a 16 year old girl would be sharing a PO box address with pornography sites. In reality this is all useless garble designed to get you to part with your money.
