Is that really Obama pointing at a naked portrait of Trump?

A photo of what appears to be President Obama pointing at a naked portrait of presidential hopeful Donald Trump is spreading across the Internet.

The photo, above, has been photoshopped. It appears that the photo was entered as part of a challenge on a Reddit ‘PS Battle’ (PS standing for Photoshop) and one of the top entries managed to alter the artwork Obama was actually pointing at, changing it to a naked – and not particularly flattering – portrait of Trump.
